    3. +$5 to $20 background (ie forest, city, or other non simple stuff)
    4. +$15 for rushed fee (expect within a week, more than 24hr, of first payment)
    		 Discounts: simple character: -$1 to $15 (has to be like 1-2 colours, and minimal markings)
